Who Are We Looking For?

We are actively seeking a Lead Architect who can bring experience and expertise to elevate our development initiatives. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for shaping the architecture of our cutting-edge software solutions, providing leadership, and building a development team that can deliver our core platform.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Architect, you will be at the forefront of our software engineering mission, demonstrating expertise in a variety of technologies, including but not limited to C#, JavaScript, and Python. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Architectural Leadership

• Shape the architecture of our software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Building the development team. You will make decisions on which additional capabilities are required to deliver the core product and make the final decision in our engineering recruitment process.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

2. Collaboration

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analysis, to generate concrete project requirements.

3. Technical Oversight

 Oversee the entire architectural aspect of our platform, from frontend to backend, and infrastructure.

4. Problem Resolution

 Diagnose and resolve any architectural issues that arise during the development process.

5. Innovation

 Integrate cutting-edge technologies and architectural principles to enhance the value of our platform.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language, such as C# or Java.
• A background within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms, with a preference for experience in AWS or GCP.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and design principles.
• Experience with web development frameworks, such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest technologies in the field.
